Like I said don't use the ad blocker for that website. Some websites detect this and disable functionality.
I have tried the ad blcoker block and allow both but still getting same message in screenshot.

Once you disable the ad blocker it goes to the same error you were reporting before. We don't believe this is a quick fix so we have added this to the backlog of the next version of our capture software.
Is it possible to click any portion using any class or id in Grabezit?
